WANT TO GET INVOLVED?
Every weekend (throughout the season) the Ladies Surrey League enables over 1500 people in the county to play hockey, but it needs volunteers. Two positions have become available on the Surrey Ladies League committee and you may the person for the job. Take a look at the roles below.
Chair:
· Chair 3x League meetings in a season
· Be available on email to review any issues/matters that need a decision
· Make the final decision on any matter that cannot be resolved at a League meeting
Secretary:
· Organise and attend 3x League meetings in a season
· Look after email communication to League members (keep contacts updated, inform of meeting dates etc)
· Communicate issues/matters needing decisions to other committee members – participate in discussion where appropriate
· Ensure fines are paid
· Keep rules updated
· Maintain contact with SHUA and SHA
· Assist Match Day Sec with Structure of League etc

HOCKEY PLAYERS WANTED - GUILDFORD HOCKEY CLUB
Our friendly and ambitious sides are welcoming new talent for the forthcoming season. With 5 ladies teams including a Vets side, people of all ages and abilities are welcome.
We train on Wednesdays during the season and are having trials on 5th September from 11am - 2pm. This is a great chance for you to come down and see the clubhouse, meet the players and get a feel for what Guildford Hockey Club is all about.

HOCKEY PLAYERS WANTED - OLD CRANLEIGHIANS - Based at THAMES DITTON
Old Cranleighians are looking for ladies hockey players to join their squad. We are located in Thames Ditton and our subs are £220 all in. OC's are entered into a local summer league providing a relax and fun atmosphere for new players to join in an meet the team before the Winter season begins.
