The Surrey Hockey Association Ladies League is made up of six people who volunteer their time to keep the league running. Below is a list of contacts and their list of responsibilities so you may contact them directly with specific queries.

Chairman - Marilyn Walker
Responsibilities: chair meetings; arbitration

Secretary - Janet Slater

Responsibilities: Prepare and send out meeting agenda & minutes; 1st point of contact for League issues; maintain league/club contact details; chase outstanding debts

Matchday Secretary - Terri Foggin
Responsibilites: Generate fixtures and amend incorrect results on FixturesLive; point of contact for notification of rearranged fixtures

Results Secretary - Laura Aalen
Responsibilities: Maintain nominated player lists; receive and check Teamsheets; update website with fines; deal with queries over fines; receive fines cheques; record cards awarded in league matches

Registrations Secretary - Liz Aeissame
Responsibilities: Register/de-register players on FixturesLive; liaise with Results Secretary over nominated player lists

Website Admistrator - Liz Aeissame
Responsibilities - All web and email related issues
